Positive Practice Videos

There are 6 categories of Positive Practices: Unplug, Reset, Lonely, Overwhelmed, Angry and Depressed. By quickly thinking about how you are thinking and feeling is a simple way to guide yourself to which area to go to. And as you are aware, as humans we can change from moment to moment and so will our choices. It becomes easy to chose once you understand that most items of information can overlap in helpfulness with other areas as well.

The Positive Practices are typically under 3 minutes in duration for fast input.

To ensure a solid TaT Foundation, go to the Presentation Section and watch the videos in the Core Positive Practice Understandings area.

Supplementary Materials and Supportive Articles

There are supplemental materials provided with some of the Positive Practices, Presentations and Live Events. There are also supportive (open-sourced) articles provided with each as well.

Presentation Videos

The Presentations are more in-depth in information than the Positive Practices. They are typically under 15 minutes in duration to keep attention focused. However, many are separated into separate parts for easier digestion of information.
