This unique 90-minute workshop supplies 16 copying tools (positive Practices) from Think about Thinking™(TaT) to better handle life. When used together, they strengthen the ability to CENTER or rather, reach a resting space of physical, emotional and thinking calmness for obtaining more mental clarity. This is especially helpful for those that are challenged with attention issues.

This 60 minute Tapping workshop is specifically designed to promote and empower positive thinking, truthful aspects, and self-affirmations.
